(March 12, 2018, 1:16 pm)I have been taking John's class every week. It's a wonderful class that blends exercise with fun. His ability to blend exercise with personal attention is truly special. Taking a class with John gives you the added benefit of a coach motivating you to push yourself without injury. In addition, he always starts with a wonderful warm up and a cool down that is superb. It's a pleasure and a joy starting my week with John's class!!
