  In my previous apartment, I faced tenant-landlord dispute over a security deposit payback, when I left the apartment. The landlord wasn’t paying my security deposit. To defend my rights, I needed to see a lawyer. Luckily, I found lawyer Joe Powell, he assisted me very well from taking the case to filing it and defending me in the court. Through his exceptional real state knowledge and professionalism we successfully won the case making the landlord reimburse the full amount. I am extremely happy with his services and strongly recommend him to other victims who are on the right side of the law and who have been hurt by unfair landlords.

  Jose Roman recently assisted me helping my daughter in an extremely contentious and stressful landlord-tenant dispute that resulted in the complete reimbursement of all security deposits, advanced rent, and realtor fees without having to go to court. Although realty law is not Jose's legal specialty, he is nonetheless extremely proficient in contract law which is the basis of real estate law. He accomplished this resolution through his steadfast intervention directly with the landlord's practiced real estate attorney and realtor. I would not hesitate to utilize his, or the firm's, services should ever the need arise again in the future.
