(October 17, 2018, 1:51 pm)After waiting for over an hour for AAA to find a company that would two me 35 miles, Ortiz Towing Services (the 5th call) agreed and was there within minutes.
Unfortunately my car broke down again. Fortunately Ortiz Towing was called. After being towed of the NJ Turnpike (by another company for $150), Ortiz showed up and advised me that I should not have been charged; they should have honored the Card. I'm now being reimbursed.
He also checked my car before towing it. He found it was the battery that was left loose by the previous tow company, he showed it to me, fixed it and confidently sent me on my way.
Professional Service that I trust and would recommend.
