Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I live in Elizabeth and the facility there is so awful I drive all the way to this one. Never had a bad experience, never over-crowded.
They were excellent for my yearly gyn checkup. It was easy to make an appointment online. The office was very clean and up to date. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I got to my appointment. My wait was about 15 minutes. The nurse was kind and helpful. I was very impressed by the doctor. He informed me about a new testing protocol for the type of gynecological cancer that I am a survivor of. He also made me aware that I should be diligent with screenings for another type of cancer because the same gene is responsible for both types. This was more information than my previous oncological gynecologist had given me! I'm planning on return in a year for my next check up.
I was having issues and my gynecologist wouldn’t be available for days. I drove to this office and signed in as a walk-in. The nurses at the front office were extremely friendly and did let me know that the wait would be a while to accommodate those who had scheduled an appointment. They managed to squeeze me in after a wait and my nurse was excellent. Very thorough, friendly and explained everything. Overall friendly place and the inside seemed quite clean and hygienic. I would recommend to anybody. As long as you expect a wait, you won’t be disappointed with the service.
