I explained to him some time ago I have had not such a pleasant experience with another agent, but he assured me that I have nothing to worry about. Eden was so helpful setting up our flights. He was very patient with my poor tech skills . And my credit card gave us trouble because of suspected faud and he was kind to be patient until I called them and got that all straightened out. He was very thorough and made me feel very well taken care of. Thank you Eden
