Maria was my florist for my wedding but truly on the day of, she was my wedding coordinator, assistant, photographer, and so much more. She went above and beyond on my wedding day and over the many weeks leading up to it. She was so conscience of my budget and did everything she could to make sure I got what I wanted within that limit. I mean she completely nailed my vision and was so accommodating with my many changes and indecisiveness. There is really no one else like her and we definitely plan to use her again. She makes you feel so special and is amazing person inside and out. I would highly recommend her and Dustyrose Floral Designs as your florist for your events!”

“Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”

I was in the market for a 4-watch watch winder for my Audemars Piguet pieces and these guys came up in Google search. I had a two-watch Volta watch winder and it was expensive($600). I recently bought another AP and needed a new watch-winder because my old watch winder only housed two pieces. I ordered the 4-watch watch winder from their website and was very pleased to learn that their wonders are extremely affordable and quality pieces. However, after my order was placed, a customer service rep reached out the very next day letting me know the model watch-winder that I had ordered was not available anymore, but he is willing to upgrade me from a 4-Watch to a 6-Watch watch winder in the same color and design for my troubles! First, not only did my order for a 4-watch watch winder was half of the cost to my old 2-watch Volta watch winder (so super affordable), and now they’re willing to upgrade my original ordered 4-watch to a new 6-watch unit?! Secondly, the quality to their watch winders are better than what Volta’s watch winders. Cheaper better products with excellent customer support? No brainer, this is the place to get your watch-winder 110%. When my watch collection grows into more than 6 pieces, I will for sure come back to this pace to get a 12-watch winder! 👍”
