Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Instead of sending out a technician immediately, Lou gave me advice on what to do. His advice worked, I didn't need a service call. When I called him back to let him know, he spent 15 minutes on the phone (on a Saturday) explaining to me what had happened (system most likely froze due to a clogged air filter) and how to properly maintain our system in the future. We will be using him in the future! Thanks Lou!

Our house's central A/C broke down recently and was blowing warm air only. Next, 4 times, we called the phone number of the contractor who installed our A/C system 12 years ago, and we left a message each time. Since we never heard back each time, my wife and I decided to find another local company to fix our A/C problem. That's how we decided on Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling - a company that also works on A/C Trane products. A phone call was made to this company, and "Cindy" was very friendly and courteous in setting up a work appointment for the following day for us.

On the following day, 2 young men came - "John" and his apprentice "Marcel". They were able to address our A/C problem right away. As it turned out, a small field mouse had climbed inside the condensing unit and electrocuted itself by touching the capacitor inside the unit - thereby causing a short and a failure to the capacitor involved. After fixing this problem, a quick check was also made to the rest of our A/C system. So, our house's A/C system is operating like new again. Thanks to both John and Marcel, who were polite and very professional in their work for us. And, based on this one-time experience with Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling, my wife and I would use them again if the need should arise in the future. My central AC started blowing warm. Being that the system is only a few years old, I had never needed the services of an HVAC contractor and didn't know who to call. I called one place, left a message and never heard back. I then called Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling. An actual person took the call and she was great at getting me scheduled quickly. The young men who came to check out the job, John and Anthony, were completely polite, professional and highly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem to be a leak; they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also kept me informed step-by-step how things were going and what was next. This is an excellent company. I'll now be signing up for an annual maintenance plan with them.
