(December 6, 2018, 1:25 pm)Hotel staff is nice enough, but my room had a water leak into the carpet, leaving me to walk through wet carpet into the bathroom and deal with a full moldy smell. When I called the front desk they couldn't change my room and sent someone up with 2 towels. He told me engineering would check it in the morning and nobody did, so a third night in a stinky room with wet carpet. (Update) contacted by management regarding this incident, a satisfactory resolution was agreed upon.

(November 23, 2018, 2:43 pm)The staff at the hotel is awesome and extremely accommodating -- we needed to make a number of last minute travel arrangements (cancel the last night of our stay + request a very-late check-out) and they were very helpful in setting it up for us. Just an amazing staff working at this hotel.

(November 21, 2018, 11:07 am)This was a very clean hotel. Has a nice indoor pool, Bistro, computer center and 24 hour self-service snack area. The only thing negative is that my room had no microwave.

(September 29, 2018, 9:36 pm)I must say this place was a surprise. The staff was friendly and extremely willing to assist. What was meant to be a one night stay, ended into a 3 night stay. The room was comfortable and nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And the location was completely accessible to all the engagements my husband an I had arranged for our vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, a little treasure for those who tend to have food cravings at night and don’t feel like driving, there’s a Ruby Tuesday’s walking distance(in the same parking area) to the hotel. Yup! Enjoy.
