  Dickson did a wonderful job with our remodel! They were very professional, helping us with the entire process from concept, to planning, to execution-and all the unexpected bumps along the way. The staff's experience definitely helped us in making wiser choices in the layout and specifications of appliances and cabinets. They dealt with every detail including obtaining permits, managing the ordering and delivery of all materials, and kept the site very clean and organized. We're already planning another project with them!

  We hired Dickson Development for a major home project in Fall 2016. It was a complicated project with many moving pieces involved. We thought Richard's proposal was well priced and competitive but in addition we were impressed with their approach to handling some of the more complicated issues involved, such as HVAC. Most importantly, we were new to home addition projects and wanted a contractor we could trust and who would guide us through it. While it was a little bit of a leap of faith, they proved true to their word and delivered our project on time and within budget. While there were many decisions for us to make throughout the project, Richard and his fantastic team were there every step of the way. We are very pleased with their work and we know they'll stand behind it. We would happily use them again!

  I hired Dickson Development to complete an entire renovation on my home, including a gourmet kitchen, a luxury master bath, a second bath, a power room and large deck. I found the project to be professionally managed, from the design, to the materials selection, vendor management and installation. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was friendly, accommodating and accountable. I would highly recommend Dickson Development to anyone seeking to renovate their home.

  Dickson Development has renovated three bathrooms and re-renovated my basement to correct code violations. In addition, they have performed many other smaller repairs and on my home to prepare for sale such as windows and painting.
  This company does truly excellent work.
  They are easy to deal with. Richard Dickson personally answers all questions and inquiries.
  The work performed is prompt and efficient.
  They keep all appointments and are punctual.
  His decorator is excellent.
  Thom, who performs countless small and large tasks is a pleasure to work with.
  His tradesmen are top shelf.
  I can enthusiastically recommend this company without reservation.

  Dickson Development rebuilt our home after a fire. The experience working with them was great. Obviously, this was not a renovation we were expecting to undertake. Despite the circumstances, the team at Dickson made it a pleasant experience. Communication was great throughout. The project was completed on time, to a high standard and several years later they continue to stand behind their work. I would recommend Dickson to anyone thinking of building or renovating a home.
