Plainsboro place is very nice, the people that work here are kind, knowledgeable and professional. However, recently I forgot to bring a mask with me to an appointment so I requested the front desk for one and was in utter disbelief that they were charging a full dollar for one disposable mask. As a healthcare worker, I am completely aware of the necessity of wearing masks in hospoital settings. In my experience and at the peak of the pandemic, I've never been charged for a mask, and I've worked at countless clinics and hospitals, so to charge a full dollar is a bit surprising. Makes me wonder how much they would charge one for using the restroom.

Highly recommend! Dr. Julie Caucino and all her staff are wonderful! They are genuinely caring and compassionate. You matter! You are treated as an individual and not just as any patient. Their experience and expertise are very evident in the care they provide. I am extremely grateful for the difference they have made in my daughter's life. Scheduling appointments for exams or allergy shots has been easy. We have always been seen timely upon arriving for all our appointments. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. Finding parking has never been an issue.

Dr Shah and the staff here are terrific!! I highly recommend her to all patients who suffer from allergies. She is kind, caring, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explains everything and provides options. The nurses and staff here are just as wonderful. I have been a patient since 2018 and receive allergy injections.

The people that work here are kind and knowledgeable. Never have I been stabbed (by a needle) as kindly as Marguerite and Shalloma do. I see Dr Caucino, she offers solid advice and I feel my allergies and asthma are far better controlled now.

I visit this office once a week for allergy therapy and they’re always very polite and helpful. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and the email reminders great so I never miss an appointment. I’m always seen on time and never have to wait for long.

I often need documents filled out and letters written by Dr Shah for work to monitor my progress. These are always done quickly and with no hassle regardless of how urgently I need them. The receptionists are pleasant and accommodating whenever I need help with anything.

Overall Princeton Plasma and Allergy is one of the better practices that I’ve been a patient of. The staff make my weekly visits as pleasant and convenient as possible.
