Once I began my journey into martial arts I realized I had no clue what I was doing lifting weights on my own. Thats where Strategic Strength & Conditioning came in and took me to the next level. When I began training with Strategic Strength & Conditioning it didn't take long for me to see drastic results. In less than a year I transformed from 205 lbs to 160 lbs. I'm now 24 and currently in the best shape of my life. Every day is an improvement on the last. I owe it all to Strategic and the fantastic coaches. No 2 workouts are alike here, every day is new and exciting and the coaches know exactly how to make every training session fun. Whether you're 14 or 54, in shape or out of shape, you'll always get something positive out of the training with Strategic Strength & Conditioning. It's never too early or too late to take yourself to that next level and get in the best shape of your life. I could go on and on. It's not just a gym, it's a family. Give it a try, youll be glad you did!

(April 21, 2017, 12:58 pm)Excellent program, coach Ryan kicks my ass with simple but creative workouts daily. The gym is also a big community of fun and inspiring people to be around, everyone is there to better themselves so it's always nice to have support from those around you.
