Due to some recent severe wind events, several shingles on my roof were missing. I contacted John Asch Roofing, which had replaced my old roof in 2010. Within a few days they came out and repaired and replaced the missing shingles. To my delight, both the labor and materials were still under warranty and I had no extra fees. Their work is excellent and this is the way business should be done. I'm very pleased,

I had 10 estimates for roofing and Asch came in with the best over all quality and fair price. They gave me information about roofing brands that other companies didn’t disclose along with their guarantee and time length of being in this business choosing them was a no brainer. They were punctual and professional. Both John and Jason would contact me and pick up their phone whenever I called with any concern or question. Jason was even talking to and working with my siding contractor to make sure the roof was left how they needed it so siding would be seamless. During the week they were installing weather was not cooperating. Rain & wind made the process take longer than expected and led into Easter weekend. They worked until nightfall the Saturday before Easter Then on Easter morning 2 of the crew members came back on their own accord to do another round of clean up to make sure there was nothing on the ground that could hurt our children’s feet for the Easter Egg Hunt. We were so impressed and appreciative of their attention to detail. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years and it’s because of this kind of customer service. If you need a roof Asch is your company hands down.

John Asch Contracting did an EXCEPTIONAL Job on my recent roof tear off / installation. From the first introduction to the final clean up, no detail was left undone. John's crew is professional , courteous and thorough .

I am extremely happy with the roof installation that they did on my house in December. The price was good, they were in the middle of three estimates and it was a very fair price they gave me. The quality of the installation is top notch. They were the only contractor I spoke with who got a ladder out and went up on my roof to see it for themselves. They pointed things out to me that they had seen so there were no surprises later on during the installation. The installation was scheduled for the day of a snow storm and instead of postponing it they came the day before the storm. The owner was on site several times and up on the roof with the workers looking at the progress. They had everything cleaned up and finished that day and the next morning they had someone come by to check the clean up and pick up any small items that were missed the day before and someone else came by and got on the roof to inspect the final installation. I was impressed with this company from the first time I spoke with them until the day they finished my roof. I would highly recommend John Asch Roofing if someone is looking for work done on their roof. I intend on having them redo my gutters some time in the future.

We were very pleased with the job performed by Asch Roofing. The whole team worked hard to complete our roofs (including garage) within one day. They left our yard the same as it was before they started. They sent a worker out a couple days later to go over the yard more thoroughly to pick up any items (nails, etc.) that may have been missed during the initial cleanup. We would highly recommend them if you are looking to have your roof replaced.
