  The check-in process was so easy. We arrived at 8am to have our back window repaired and it took about 3 hours. I called around to several places and they had the best price. I was a little disappointed they didn't service my area anymore but it was worth the 30 minute drive. The window looks amazing considering it went from a power window to a stationary window. They also gave clear instructions on what to do after installation. I wish I had gotten a before picture.

  Great company!!! Very professional and good customer service. They were quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend. I was done within an hr.

  We brought my son’s car in after experiencing an unexplained leak in the floorboard of the car. Glenn worked on the car to clear what was thought to be a clog in the drain from the sunroof. Turns out the car had clogs on both sides of the car. He cleared the clogs as much as he could but asked me to bring it back another day when they weren’t so busy so they could take more time with the car. I took the car back in today and they spend several hours attempting to find the bigger issue. Turns out this issue is beyond his scope of work but he made every effort to fix the issue and has referred us on to a body shop. He was so professional and nice and told me to have the body shop call with any questions that might help them resolve our issue. Glenn made sure that I understood what was going on with the car before we left. I really appreciate all of his efforts and advice. I highly recommend Auto Glass Tucker!!
