    My whole life working out has been an achilles heel of mine. I started and stopped too many times to count on my hands. I always knew I needed someone to guide me through the process and help me and give me that motivation and push me to be better. A friend of mine mentioned Crossfit to me. Not knowing anything about it, I looked it up and came across Crossfit732 which so happened to be literally 2 blocks from my home. Right away I got a great vibe from the trainer Jerry who took me under his wing and made me feel right at home and took no time in kicking my butt. It is such an uplifting atmosphere with staff and members that want to see you succeed and push through the workouts. It's not meant to be easy, if you want to work and change your life this place is the way to go. I have only been officially a member as of this week but I feel right at home and not nervous about what I am doing because I have a support system their to help me.

    I always wanted to do crossfit but was always intimidated by the intensity..however I am glad I started my CrossFit journey at crossfit732. Upon starting my coach, Allen was extremely motivating and helpful. All the coaches at this box are like that..If you’re new to CrossFit don’t be hesitant and definitely start here- the environment is warm, the coaches are great, and you will get pushed.

    Dropped in for a class a few weeks ago. The staff and other class members are friendly and helpful. A tough but fun class!
