Ian was the associate that we worked with and he was the best. He stayed 4 hrs past his shift before leaving for vacation the next day to get us approved for my new truck which I love. I would recommend him to anyone he seemed like. Very honest person!!

I went here to test drive a certain model car that I thought I wanted. However, after driving it I changed my mind. I spotted an Audi Q8 that was just traded in the day prior and not even processed yet. I can not even begin to describe how above and beyond the salesperson (Seth Weinstein) went for me to get into this car in one day! He was able to put a rush on the processing and get the car fully detailed and ready for the sale within hours! I am a very busy professional, so I actually went home and he called me when it was ready! He respected my time and went that extra mile to make me feel like a VIP! He even stayed in contact with me after the sale which I really appreciated. I would also like to mention Ian Simmonds (another salesperson) who also went above and beyond to locate an extra key for the car! Ian even came to my work to drop off the key which I have never had another car dealership offer to do! I have never had a better experience buying a car and will send my family and friends to Seth in the future. Thank you Seth and Ian for making this process so easy and hassle free!

Sold my leased car here with Andrew and got the best value for it out of all places that had offered on my civic. The service here is incredible! Andrew really knows his stuff and made the process very easy for me. I waited about 3/4 weeks to get the check, but it was expected because it was a leased car and title had to get processed over. Didn’t really mind the wait. I’d do business with them again!! Highly recommend!

I worked with Ian Simmonds. He was professional and genuine. Previously I worked with another sales person but due to my schedule I was paired with Ian. No drama there, which is really great! I got a great car at a reasonable price and I drove out in that car that day. I love the no haggle policy. In total it took just over 1.5 hours which included my test drive. In just a short time, Ian - even though not meeting me before - helped me pick out the perfect car for me. He really listened, took me seriously, and I am a very happy customer. I will recommend the car shop and Ian any day of the week.
