  Wan and Nick were so helpful. I don’t have good credit and not only did I get approved they waited as long as necessary to make sure I was happy (I’m indecisive and I take a minute). Both super nice, great at explaining my purchases. I’m very happy with my experience, will be back when I need more furniture in the near future!

  Yvette Vasquez greeted us at the door with a warm and friendly smile. She was extremely professional from the start. We were very impressed with her amazing knowledge of the products available in your store. Her kindness and respect for the customer (our family) was stellar!! You should be VERY proud to have her represent your store!!

  Prompt service, friendly atmosphere, patient sales people. It’s hard to make a decision on a new bed/mattress. Take it from us - we visited Bob’s 20 years ago in search of a mattress, we bought elsewhere and that mattress didn’t last, but we stuck it out. We went back in with an idea of what we wanted, and we’re grateful to see that they were still selling the same type mattress we had tested back then. Don’t make the same mistake we did. You’ll save yourself some time and you’ll gain some sleep.

  Ron!! He was an amazing sales person from start to finish. We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered the store. We told Ron what we were looking for and he took us right away to the perfect Bar, which I instantly fell in love with. Ron was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave great customer service while still allowing us space to look around and decide on our own. Thank you Ron for a great experience!!!

  Came into Bob’s to look for a couch for my mother. When I walked in I was greeted by a Helen! I had an idea of what I wanted to get but wasn’t 100% sure I would actually purchase anything that day. Helen showed me around and brought me over to the couches I was looking for. She was extremely personable and wonderful to work with! She made everything so easy that I purchased the couches for my mom that day! Highly recommend Helen and Bobs!
