Twin City Pharmacy and Surgical

Words can't express how grateful I was for everyone at Twin City! The deliveries to our house made our in home hospice visit experience so amazing and Angel was amazing! Also when we worked with a local hospice house Twin City did an amazing there too! Also communication was seamless and everything worked out so well.

As a therapist , Twin City makes the therapist life easy. They make the ordering easy and gives the best customer service. Customer rep are always, courteous, very helpful. Keep up the great work.

I needed a wheelchair for my 14 year old son who is having surgery in about a week. I've never purchased or rented any kind of medical equipment before so this pharmacy was probably the third place I called. The other pharmacies told me that I had to pay for the wheelchair upfront then send the prescription and store receipt to the insurance company and pray for the best. So I just assumed that was applied to every surgical supply pharmacy. But when I spoke to the staff at Twin City, they informed me that they will take care of the insurance company regarding a prior authorization for payment and I didn't have to do a thing except have my son's doctor fax 2 papers and that was it! She said authorization may take up to 14 days but amazingly my insurance covered everything that same day! The staff at Twin City obviously know what they're doing and I'm very appreciative of them... ☺️

The customer service was GREAT!!! A friend of mine referred me to go to this location TWIN CITY PHARMACY to get my 2nd booster. I went on 2/10/22 about 9:30am, I didn’t know that 10am was the time they started giving the Covid-19 shots. The pharmacy technician was wonderful her spirit was very pleasant she took my information anyway. I forgot her name including the nurse who gave me my shot was pleasant too. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO EVERYONE ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you 🙏🏽 from K. Smith
