If you're looking for a tough but dynamic workout, this is the place to go. I thought I was tough till I started this workout! Coach Brown really pushes you but also encourages you and helps you along the way. Small class setting so you don't feel intimidated in any way because everyone is in it together. Highly recommend!!

Coach Brown is hands down the best around and at 47, I can say that I’ve been to a lot of gyms and trainers. Always motivating and his positive attitude is contagious. These workouts are no joke, you will be amazed what you can do when you surround yourself with this great energy.

Coach Brown has been working with my 87 year old father for a few years now and has kept dad flexible and moving in a healthy way. Coach's happy attitude and ability to care for his client's well being is great! Coach Brown always tailors the work-out to match the need that day. Dad and Coach continue to work together with the mindset that motion is medicine. Thank you Coach Brown.

I recently had my first class with Coach Derrick and holy smokes did it work me out! Coach sets you up for success by designing a tough workout that is going to leave you sweating and a little sore, but not worse for wear. You can tell he’s experienced, not just by the photos on the walls, but by how attentive he is to students at every level of fitness; as someone who basically walked in off the street, I had zero physical preparation for a class that was whooping people who were already in shape, but Coach supported my struggle in a friendly and caring way, making me eager to push hard. 10/10!
