  I purchased my bike online and it was ready only a week later. The shop employee that assisted me when picking up the bike was very polite and super helpful. In the past year, I have made a lot of purchases big and small at several different shops near the Sheboygan, Green Bay, and Milwaukee areas and this by far was the best customer service I received this far. Thanks so much and I look forward to stopping back in!

  Chris did a great job of explaining all of the features of the Burley Encore. We were not intending on purchasing, but after giving it a thought and speaking with Chris, we decided this was a smart purchase. He was extremely personable from the moment my wife and I walked in and did not rush the process. We went home and I biked back and he thoroughly went through all of the safety features of the product. The phone was ringing off the hook, but that did not distract him from showcasing exemplary customer service. Chris knows his stuff and seemed genuinely happy assisting us with our purchase. Overall fantastic experience.

  The staff is super friendly and helpful! They seriously dropped everything they were doing to help me figure out and find which sized tire tubes I needed, and they had great recommendations for gloves. 100% will be back!

  So very peaceful. Their stock is limited, but it's so tranquil in there...I just don't care. And they have layaway.

  The staff here are wonderful. I was in search of a place to do a bill pay. The choices I had were CVS, 7 eleven, and K Mart. I did not consider 7 eleven but did try to use CVS. One location in Rahway wouldn't even bother to answer the phone. The other in Edison answered the phone and was impatient, rude, and completely of no help at all. K Mart on the other hand was the exact opposite. The woman in customer service answered everyone of my questions on the phone. She was patient, extremely polite and best of all so helpful. I went in the store and the same delightful woman waited on me. If an associate would go out of their way for just a bill pay, I could only imagine what service in the store would be. Huge thumbs up!!!
