  I had a great experience with David "Flash" Gordon. He was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Traverse we test drove and recommended the right trim package. Didn't feel pressured or that i was being sold extra packages that i didn't need

  Peter, service advisor was courteous and friendly. Not only he took care my regular maintenance service, he went above and beyond to fix a minor problem I had with the carpet: he ordered the part, called me when it came and we made arrangement for me to return to get it installed. The whole process was seamless. Garage and waiting area are always clean and presentable. This is why cross the bridge from Staten Island to service at Richard Lucas Chevy! Keep up the good work!

  Under a year after I purchased my car here I got into 2 car accidents; I went back to the dealership for them bring the car back to a condition that it was purchased in. They brought it to their third party body shop who did a fantastic job with the repair.
  On the second accident there was some complications with their third party which caused them to hold onto what should have been a Two week repair into an Eight week repair. Once the car was released to me there was slight damage to my door panel and the bumper was painted the wrong color.
  While I was speaking with the service manager he assured me that they would be addressing all these issues for me. The manager is very level headed and i believe understands how a meticulous car owner would feel. The times I have come here for service has been satisfying and I also believe that this is a very good service department

  I'm not one to post reviews but I felt I needed to give a positive shout out to this dealership, especially Artie Beyer. He was very helpful in helping me lease two vehicles from this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Very professional and easy to work with.
