Best Buy

This is one of the best buy I've ever seen, Customer Service representatives are very professional to assist you in any kind of problems you may have.

I had an issue due to the lack of professionalism from a different best buy by route 18.
I came in to Best buy from Woodbridge and they helped me out to resolve my problem, they really take care of customers, they not only resolved my issue, they explained to me what the other best buy did wrong with my items....

I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel as a customer treated as a family member...

Employee Doug!! His The Best!! On Xmas eve my order was not ready. he went beyond getting everything ready for me. knowing that I came from philadelphia to pick my order. He even help me get a last minute gift for my husband. I recommend Doug if you need help in Best Buy. His very professional and very patient. Happy Holidays Best Buy & Doug!

Scary experience. My boyfriend and I were just there for Black Friday and he was buying stuff for his computer. He bought a CPU which was $350. Brought it home. luckily his friend is a computer geek and came right over to teach him and build it and noticed right away that it was used and an old 2005 one. It was meticulously replaced and his friend thinks it was an inside job, by a worker. He went to exchange it at the Best Buy near him but they refused and accused him of doing it. Luckily this Best Buy the one he bought it at was understanding. Idk if it happens a lot but that is scary. Buyers watch out. Thank you to this Best Buy for your understanding. Also please bring back military discount.

Very friendly staff . We're asking me occasionally if I needed help which I found as a good customer service . Lot of 9-5 employees these days don't want to help you so this was refreshing
