“I love this apt. Location is very convenient. Landscaping is great. Maintenance guy is very nice. The rent is little high though. Especially since last couple of years since the owners changed, they started charging some kind of taxes in addition to Rent to the existing tenants. I discussed with the attorney and they said its unlawful. Other than the rent (and taxes), the apt is good. One last thing - Their property manager Frank Campisi is a very nice person and will work with you to resolve any issues.”
