“Rene has been my go to gal for stress free vacations. My husband and I just returned from a spectacular Hawaiian vacation. She booked our hotel, transportation to and from the airport as well as all excursions (essentially all the stressful things of planning a vacation). She made sure we were up to date with the constantly changing regulations due to Covid. Rene also planned our honeymoon to Thailand in 2019. “We were here in 2020 for medical purposes. We literally stumbled upon this wonderful cafe. WOW! Wow, barely describes not only the amazing pastries you find there, but the friendly workers. Fast forward to 2022 when we had to return and visited again. The food is still amazing and the customer service is still great! Someone took the time to explain the art and technique of making Turkish coffee when we bought coffee and coffee maker. Highly recommend.”

The woman is magnificent at what she does, including (but not limited to) cooking on the grill, making deli sandwiches, bagel sandwiches, or any of the other 3 million things an employee needs to do for a bagel store / luncheonette to be successful. We go there just because Phillis's cooking is AMAZING, and we're mesmerized by her innate ability to manage dozens of tasks, all at the same time. Bagel mania's bagels are the best around. The bagels they make are huge, packed with abundant flavor, and are perfect for making just about any kind of breakfast or lunch sandwich. I often buy them by the dozen, and toast them at home as a side for my dinner. Their cinnamon raisin, and their "super cinnamon" raisin bagels toast up like a round hunk of heaven, you can butter up with whatever meal you've made in the privacy of your own home. Love the place. The owner (Pop's) is a real great guy! Always smiling ! Always glad to see you! When my friends come here from out of state, I buy several dozen bagels for their ride home.”

“First time here and I got bubble tea for all three of us. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady named Caitlin. She took or order and made all the 3 bubble tea drinks while my youngest daughter was being silly and ordering her around but Caitlin was so sweet and she laughed with her and made us feel like regulars. The bubble tea drinks were the best I ever tasted in a long time even better than kung fu tea. We ordered the honeydew QQ, coconut with almond milk and mad mango slush and Caitlin made them so so sooo good. I will be coming back again. This store is inside a supermarket so make sure to use the supermarket entrance. Also I please ask the owner and put any picture with bubble tea 🧋 because I had a hard time finding the store. It’s a shame if people don’t know about this great place with bubble tea. 🥰”

“One word....AMAZING! Don't know where to start. If you haven't been here yet, make the trip, you won't regret it! The cakes are fantastic; incredible taste, perfect sizes, great selection, and awesome for any occasion! I made the mistake of bringing these to a family gathering once and now if I show up without any I'm shamed and ignored! The store is spotless, super clean, has plenty of small "thoughtful" items, and of course smells wonderful and the manager is great! The staff is also really wonderful and give great service, advice, taste descriptions and so helpful when you just cant decide. My favorite staff member is Adrianna; she is just absolutely awesome and It seems like every time I stop in to get some cakes she is the one that helps me! She is just so pleasant and very sweet, she is never without that smile in her eyes (can't see her real smile under the mask)and always tells me all about the "Flavor of the Month" to make sure I am aware since I stop into get the regular flavors most times and she is always "Better Than Good"!”
