When I went back after placing the bags in the car, the checkout person said she didn’t see the wallet. A man said he will check the video and will call back and I left my phone number. Called the store the same evening and left a message which was never returned The following day I called and asked for the manager and the manger asked me for the date and time which I gave to him from the checkout receipt. I was told the owner will be back at 4:30, he will check the video and will call me. Never got a call back. I called this morning and asked for the manager. I was hung up on. All I want is try to get my wallet back which is very sentimental. It is apparent that the management does not give a damn about its customers.”

“People are always friendly and when I have a large order I call them instead of using on the go on the app. I rather tell them my order and have them read it back to me and they are always fine with it. My order is always ready when I get there and they help me to my car. It's right on my way to work so I go there often. My only issue is it's always crowded and I feel like they focus more on the drive throu than on the actual customers in front of them. There will be 3 people running the drive throu and one on register. And 6 people ahead of me on line. But other than that I have no issues.”
