“I have used both the selling and buying features of Carvana and was pleased with both. Everyone I worked with during each process was extremely professional and intent on serving me, their customer. During the buying process, I did not have to deal with anyone "selling" me a car. I did my research, read reviews on the vehicles I wanted, and chose the one I wanted. From there, it was the simplest process! My car was delivered, I got to drive it for 7 days to see if it was the right decision, and Carvana kept in contact the entire way. Still waiting to see if the registration and plates are done on time but if going off of my previous experience with them, I am confident that will be completed just as efficiently. If you're wondering whether this is really a "thing", it is. Do it! You'll never go back to a dealer again. Update on registration and plate process: no issues! Due to COVID19, there was a delay in getting my tag, but Carvana was on top of it before I even had to ask and sent me another temp tag to get me through the rest of the wait period. Received my real tags, followed the instructions, paid my property taxes online, and got my stickers. Good to go. I will never go to a dealer again!”
