“I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Favale Motors. In December of last year I bought myself a brand new Mercedes, I had just turned 60 and I figured I'd treat myself. My wife never wants to go to the shopping centers with me because I love to park far far far away, I can't stand the little door dings and such. So, on one of our more recent trips we went to the outlets, when we returned from one of her shopping excursions, I came to find a GIANT scrape and dent down the side of my car. I was beside myself ! I came across Favale Motors from a friend of mine, I was familiar with the location, since it had been in the area for so long. Bringing the car in, I must say I was a little nervous, ITS BRAND NEW !!!! to me anyways. My first impression was of a very clean and modern office, I was greeted by Anthony. We went around my car and he patiently listened to my stories. The estimate I was given was lower than other shops I have visited prior. Anthony assured me that the work would be top notch. So I booked the appointment. Anthony kept me informed of the progress of my car. When I picked my car up I was floored !!!! My Mercedes looks amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's clean inside and out !!! “Arnie's saved me from doing some very expensive repairs that Aamco in Matawan said I needed. Aamco said both my drive shafts were bad , all four axles & hubs were bad, two top engine mounts were bad along with a bad oil pressure switch & the secondaty air pump which I went there for. Arnie did a second opinion & found my drive shafts were fine , only one hub & axle needed replacing, & the bottom right motor mount is the only one broken- the top two are fine. I had him replace the oil pressure switch because it was only a few dollars The air pump I did let Aamco replace only because they had opened a credit line for me so I put it on that. They wanted to do $1800 worth of unneeded repairs & put them on my credit too! Arnie saved me from all that ! It's nice to have an honest mechanic !! Thank you Arnie!!so far Arnies has only charged me about $300 in labor & I bought my own parts at a little over $200. A far cry from over $1800 Aamco wanted!!! I would definately recommend Arnie's & will be using his shop again!”
