“Easy to get appointment. The staff was very warm and welcoming. No wait time at all. Had to visit the office as my tooth crown came off. Dr. Charles makes you feel comfortable. He did a through examination, diagnosis of my tooth and got me a new crown in 2 visits which fitted me well and doesn't even felt any discomfort. I was not aware that my insurance provides free check up and clean up every 6 months. Dr. Charles made me aware of it and did my whole mouth examination and clean up. Also suggested for my 2 wisdom tooth extraction. I am ready for my next appointment. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Charles. ”
