He said it was in a very hard-to-reach spot, and told me frankly that, while the cavity wasn't very big, he couldn't promise to fill it up to his usual standard. He said it would be easier to extract the tooth. He said it wouldn't be a problem; I was dubious. My previous three wisdom-tooth extractions had been difficult, and I wasn't interested in repeating the experience. But he'd always steered me straight, so I agreed. "It'll only take 20 minutes," he said, and I told him I doubted it. On the day, after I was numbed up, he had the tooth out in 20 seconds. "You're done," he said. I couldn't believe it until he showed me the tooth. Dr. Aydin is a great dentist and a good guy. :)”
