“Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”
