When I first I signed my son up (he's now a green belt), I was thinking of getting into it just for some exercise, but with work and all the craziness of life, I didn’t think I had the time. Then one day after bringing my son to class, Master Soto saw I was stressed after a long day of work, and invited onto the mat for some training. After kicking and punching that heavy bag for about 20 mins, I felt amazing! I signed up right then and there. Now I’m an Orange belt getting ready to test for my Green, and I’ve literally never felt better!”

Same mattresses as you see in other big mattress stores, except prices are a lot affordable. After he laid on a few of the floor samples and eventually picked a Beautyrest queen mattress. Mattress was delivered next day.”
