“I've been a trucker for over 25 years and I'm tired of companies paying just enough so the drive almost needs to drive illegally to make a living and then turning on the drivers when then turn on the driver when busted. I just want to come, do my job LEGALLY and go home with no headaches and problems. Here they enforce doing things right because they don't want any problems either. They pay well and for everything you do so there is no need to risk you and the company's CSA score. Good equipment and getting new equipment and the call you every month to make sure your happy here. Yes the trucks are governed but they give you plenty of time and pay the same loaded or empty. Plus lay over, plus safety bonus, plus fuel bonus (both are almost free money because the trucks App's and be governed) and it's almost all drop and hook. When you live load or unload it's 100 percent no touch. I'm no long young and need to be a super trucker... I do have responsibilities and just want t he price of mind that I can go to a DOT scale house to park overnight and don't have any worries if t he want to do a level one inspection. In fact I hope they do because it's easy money because everything is legal and the company give the driver a big bonus when we pass any level of DOT inspection. I've worked for large companies where they know your truck number in the past and that's how they identify you but here they know everyone's name.”
