“I recently purchased a brand new bike for my wife, I decided to also purchase a lock to help keep her bike safe and secure. I purchased a word-lock safety lock. After reading the instructions and securing her $600 new bike, I attached the lock and never had to worry about it being stolen. I was very satisfied with their product. Two weeks later my wife decided she would like to go for a ride to relax her, unfortunately there was a malfunction with the product. My wife and I tried every solution to unlock her bike but to our disappointment we could not. I e-mailed the company and received an e-mail from them the same day asking for a serial number and color. I gave them the requested information and 2-3 days I received a brand new lock.
