“Rene has been my go to gal for stress free vacations. My husband and I just returned from a spectacular Hawaiian vacation. She booked our hotel, transportation to and from the airport as well as all excursions (essentially all the stressful things of planning a vacation). She made sure we were up to date with the constantly changing regulations due to Covid. Rene also planned our honeymoon to Thailand in 2019. There was a time or 2 when they had no driver to deliver and we made arrangements for me to pick up what I ordered at their office and use their truck to do so. “If I could give Maria 100 stars, I would. She was amazing to work with from day 1, over a year and a half ago. Maria was my florist for my wedding but truly on the day of, she was my wedding coordinator, assistant, photographer, and so much more. She went above and beyond on my wedding day and over the many weeks leading up to it. She was so conscience of my budget and did everything she could to make sure I got what I wanted within that limit. I mean she completely nailed my vision and was so accommodating with my many changes and indecisiveness. There is really no one else like her and we definitely plan to use her again. She makes you feel so special and is amazing person inside and out. I would highly recommend her and Dustyrose Floral Designs as your florist for your events!”

“Optimum delivered us an Extender 6 during Wi-Fi setup and that didn’t work with our type of modem. Customer service asked us to return at this location since this was close by our home. As you keep driving towards this place on a bumpy road, you start to wonder if you are on the right route. They have a deserted parking space that also caters to Optimum’s training center. The waiting didn’t take longer and when our turn came up, we walked towards one of the counters before being called. The customer service person at the counter sharply called out saying we were coming in out of turn, which we felt could have been little softer. The other person who attended to us quickly got the replacement sorted out and sent us our way.”

Just parked right in front of the pump, open the app, select which pump I'm at, payment method, and then I can pay right away! Although I'll often stop by inside to get something as well.”

“I called to see if I could get an appointment to find out why my steering wheel was shaking. Chris said he could see me in 20 minutes and true to his word he was assessing the problem when I arrived in 20 min, which was my 2 front tires. He quoted a price and when it would be ready and true to his word the quote was what I was charged and it was ready when he said it would be. My car drove perfect when I drove off. Finding trustworthy mechanics is not easy but Chris and his crew operate with professionalism and integrity. I also loved when I asked about scheduling a 60000 mile tuneup he said come when I am ready and we will discuss I really need. Great experience!!! I will be back next week!”
