Also, I was told that if we decide to sell our house, mentioning that we have a home warranty would be an excellent selling point. My sales representative answered all of my questions and worked with me on the plan that I wanted. When I told the rep that we had a plumber from one of our former suppliers that we had used for years, he responded that we could use our regular plumber as long as their licenses were valid and approved. That was another factor that influenced my decision. When you've worked with a contractor for 12 years, it's difficult to switch to someone else.
