The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. Even though the overall experience started in a negative manner, the representative provided excellent customer service and ensured we were happy before we left.”

“We are very happy with Precious Gems Montessori and would highly recommend it. This Montessori not only provide the good education, but nice caring environment. Kids have lots of Hands-On Learning activities that facilitate the learning experience. I compared the curriculum, which is almost same as other branded Montessori’s. But, here my son receives little more freedom and care. Director is very nice and loving person, and same with other teachers. Our son stated pre-school there and now in Kindergarten, he loves the school very much and teachers. The treatment received to the kids are excellent, even after long day (8.30am to 6pm), my son wants to stay in school and enjoy.”
