Whether it was tire replacement or wheel alignment or struts/suspension or just an oil change, through several different makes and models of cars (foreign and domestic), the service was consistent, transparent and fairly priced. On several occasions when I wanted to defer service to take a trip, Bob told me flat out that the care was unsafe to drive. I listened, canceled the trip and have never regretted those decisions. Safety is paramount and I have always felt my automobile was well cared for at KPS. Plus the detailing department does a great job on my car once a year!”
