He was very thorough in assessing my needs and he's incredibly knowledgeable about the product and all of its capabilities. The remote access for programming could not have been easier as it's much more efficient than having somebody come out to the house every time I want to change or update the programming. I wouldn't do it any other way!”

“I phoned this particular office on 6/20 because tracking information for a package I was expecting showed it sitting there for 5 days. After reading other reviews, I wasn't expecting much. Then I spoke to a gentleman named Vinny. Vinny kindly asked for my tracking number and despite not being able to give me an exact answer for where my package was based on the information he saw, proceeded to take the time to explain to me what the various USPS terms indicated and what this meant for the delivery of my item . He mentioned that he would submit a request for review of my order. I don't know if he did that or not, but my package miraculously left their facility yesterday. I am grateful for his patience and his persistence in trying to find an answer for me. I removed one star because it took a couple of hours of dialing to get someone to pick up the phone. I'm sure glad Vinny finally did!”
