“I came in with my husband and son. Great experience. Busy atmosphere, but short wait time. I was welcomed as soon as I came in. My representative was Rich...was amazing and very honest. Explained everything detail by detail. I even left to get a second opinion, and he was not even offended. I ended up coming back because they beat the competitiers offer. It was 5 mins to closing time by the time I came back and he was still willing to help me. My car wasnt in the best of shape, engine sounded terrible, but got a decent quote for what its worth. I was quoted online 1000, but came off fairly with 700.00. Anyone wishing to cash in their car for a decent price this is the place to go. Phenomenal experience.”

“the staff at Brunswick Memorial were so helpful, patient, and kind during our most difficult time. I was out of state and had to make all arrangement via phone and email. They answered all our questions and they helped me with everything I needed. When I arrived to NJ everything was just as they said it would be. As you can imagine having to make a decision to go with a funeral home we never worked with and from long distance made me very nervous. But everything was perfect! they assisted with the selection of the burial site, obtain pricing options for the site, made the arrangement with the Church and the day of the service everything was well thought out and went perfectly. I cant say enough about the professionalism and positive experience we had during this difficult time and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services! five star all the way!”

“Customer service is superb here. I worked with Mark over at Maserati. As a young man in his 20s(me), I always have the problem of walking into a dealer and having some A hole play games with me thinking I cannot afford a car. I am fortunate and work hard enough that I can afford a Maserati at this young age. I went to take a look and test drive a gran turismo they had on the lot and Mark was honest and was happy to show me the car. This kind of thing means a lot to me because I absolutely despise all those non sense games most dealer guys play with you. Further, while waiting for Mark to free up, I took a look at the Ferrari dealer for fun since we had spare time. I don’t recall the guys name over there but he was extremely nice as well. He knew we were not there to buy a Ferrari but also told us all about the cars and even showed us the new portofino as well. He even went as far to turn the car on and demonstrate the hard top convertible mechanism. While I did not end up buying the car(couldn’t certify it due to warranty ending), the service received was outstanding by any means. One day, when I am in the market again, I will be coming back here again.”
