“Dena is a great primary care dentist. I started seeing her as a patient myself when I saw how great she treated my kids and others. I am really grateful b/c she identified issues early on and provided honest opinions for orthodontic and periodontal work which has led to great looking smiles!!!! Her office staff, Shevi, is great, and I'm pleased with Dr. Michelle Shapiro also coming on board to join her practice. “I am going to give this place a 5 star rating and this review is long overdue. I had the pleasure of coming here for a late lunch yesterday and I am floored. I’m a former New Yorker and deeply miss the corned beef and pastrami sandwiches I use to get from Katz deli, until I came to Lox stock and Deli !! There was a young man who immediately took my order and made one of the best sandwiches I have had in years… the corned beef was perfectly cooked and very moist but not runny. There was a perfect balance of Cole slaw and horseradish sauce to accommodate every single bite. THIS IS THE ONLY place in Jersey in my area that I know makes these style sandwiches and now they have a lifer. Thank you to the staff for the prompt and effecient customer service. A huge debt of gratitude is owed to the young fella who made my sandwich and gave me a great overall experience.”

“I met Jacob Winkler almost 10 years ago when he was just beginning his practice. My son had died by suicide and I needed help in so many ways. I had tried to see a few other therapists (1 psychiatrist, 1 psychologist) and they were awful in that I felt like a "specimen" to them, and they didn't seem to be able to help me in the way I needed; they just weren't listening and were stuck in their own method, and it not only didn't help; it hurt. Then someone recommended Jacob to me. At the time, while he wasn't experienced, he was very on the money. He listened and asked the right questions, and tried to help me the way that would work best for me. It made a tremendous difference to me, a mother who was in unbearable and inconsolable grief. I imagine that with the experience he has gleaned over the past 10 years, that he has only been able to enhance his skills., though I haven't had any contact with him in all this time. When I met him, he was the essence of caring and sincerity. Those aren't skills; those are just who a person is by nature. And, those qualities were healing. I only didn't offer "5 stars" because nobody's perfect!”
