“My first time having to use an attorney and the beginning process was a nightmare. The first few attorneys were very discouraging and didn’t give me hope. Since my real name is on here, I don’t want the reader to think this was a criminal case. This was a 3+ cell phone offense. I was told by the courts prosecutor; 6 points, 600-800 fine plus surcharge and license suspension. I want to rely this experience with anyone else out there that has this same issue within the Williams network — that they can absolutely count on William to help you. My result was downgraded to careless driving, and 200 fine, court fee and 2 points. Those 2 points will get knocked off as soon as I’m done with a defensive driving course. I might have to deal with a premium boost on car insurance, but compare to the original consequence — I am not complaining. In my situation, that’s a Win. Everyone’s fight is different, but you can definitely count on W.P to fight with you against the court. Good luck and lay off the phones.”
