“I dispute the previous report about Emery Toth , ESQ . He was reasonable and understanding when it came to atty's fees. I was left broke and bankrupt by my exhusband and had 3 previous divorce lawyers in NY who sent me to the cleaners . He defended me in a case regarding my son , my reputation as a parent and my professional license . He also was the one who represented me to me devious exhusband that wouldn't give me a divorce for 7 years.. I was able to have physical custody of my son . also , he represented my husband at a reasonable lawyers fee. That worked for my husbands favor in his divorce . My now husband who was able to keep most of his assets as well as having physical custody of my stepson . He was always available via cell phone even when he was sitting on the bench . I would have put 5 stars but I wasn't happy with the paralegal I had - Shiela . This paralegal was like pulling teeth when she was working on my 2 legal cases but my husband had a 5 stars experience with Emery Toth, ESQ . He is a very knowledgeable , respectable and confident lawyer that helped me and my husband put our lives together in a smoother and less difficult path .. I will always cherish him as one of my lifesavers and an angel in the time of my distress and agony”
