“I've been to this location several times and each time has been a great experience. I manage retail myself and customer service is #1. They have it down pact here, without a doubt! everyone is so welcoming and nice. Willing to help you with whatever you need and more. The last time I went in I dealt with The manager Derek, such a pleasant experience! I've dealt with him a few times before and I see why he's the Manager, he is polite, accommodating and talks to his employees with respect. He was all about making sure I left the store happy and solving my problems. Even though it's a little out of my way and there are closer pep boys to me this will be the one I always go to!
