  I have come to the conclusion that Cruise America is just a great company! This is our 3rd year renting and it ended up we rented from 3 different locations. This year we went to Cliffwood NJ and we had another exceptional experience. I was not sure if this is one family that operates the establishment or not, but the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and courteous. A very clean facility, and most importantly clean, well maintained RVs. I strongly recommend Cruise America and the Cliffwood shop in particular. Thanks so much to all of you.

  I wanted to publicly thank Jose and Cruise America for providing us outstanding service with our RV rental. This is the first time we even were in an RV, Jose carefully took his time step by step going over every function and instructions on how everything runs. He carefully explained the billing process and even waited for us 15 minutes after closing to pick up our rv. When we returned our RV, Jose once again was simply the best. The return process was extremely smooth. Now onto the RV itself, absolutely fantastic. It doesn't come with a tv that luxury rv's have, but with an ipad or iPhone no need for a TV. Plus who needs a tv when on vacation.
  The RV was spotless and honestly after driving the RV for 10 minutes, it was extremely easy to navigate the roads. It comes with pots and pans, plates ,cups, bowls (which we didn't use which was our preference). Even our neighbors came over to compliment how awesome the rv works.
  Also stay away from RV share, its Airbnb without quality but does include scammers. Plus Cruise America prices were much cheaper anyway.
  Thank you Jose for everything and Cruise America. If cruise America is reading this, this guy really needs a raise! Cruise America is a well know, reputable and secure. From corporate to local customer service is outstanding. I cant wait to rent an RV again from them. If I can give them 10 stars I would.
