This bank is involved in over 2,000 lawsuits over their unlawful practices! The three major credit bureaus were also incorrectly reporting on their behalf. It was a nightmare to say the least. We had exhausted every option we had and were referred to Marcus & Zelman. Yitzchak was thorough in both explaining the process and working together with me. Having your identity stolen is scary and concerning, knowing that Yitzchak was only a phone call away to provide both comfort and to make sure the correct action was taken helped make this miserable process bearable. Knows all the nuances of credit law and has helped me immensely with making sure they don’t take advantage of me and has made me some money on top of it all. It’s a win win! All his fees come from the other side. Would highly recommend if you have any credit report issues or any debt collectors coming after you.
