    Bob helped me diagnose a problem with my car that no one else could figure out, walked me through step by step with what he was going to do and saved me money where he could.
    I would recommend to anyone looking for a good euro mechanic

    I brought my car to Bob's because I was dealing with a unique and difficult issue that most people spend thousands of dollars diagnosing. Bob was thorough, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable; he was able to diagnose the problem and offered multiple solutions tailored to my plans for the car and budget. There's something to be said about having direct and open communication with the owner of a shop, especially one who has decades of experience and will take the time to explain the problem and offer solutions that most shops wouldn't offer because of lack of experience/knowledge or to simply milk you for an expensive job. I trust Bob with all of my BMW's and am extremely glad that I found his shop.
