Nature Medicine Clinic

My experience with Nature Medical has been an informative and insightful journey. In moving forward with the exercise, supplemental and cleansing program, I noticed my nails growing and thickening for the first time in many years to my amazement. I also had a hyperactive gag reflex that had disappeared with the pill regiment, all supplements were of reasonable size.
I improved my eating behaviors by stepping out side of auto pilot. After supplements, cleansing my system of specific foods, I did lower my cholesterol which will be an on going process. Dr Krista answered questions and concerns with each meeting or communication, with educational information and I will continue my learning curve.
I continue to have questions as I continue this journey in nutrition and well being. Breathing, and stress reduction, along with nutrition and exercise targeting, all major muscle groups lay the ground work for continuation of the program. As a health professional I am aware of the benefits of exercise and nutrition but a Nature Medicine provides the foundation and building blocks. The work is up to the individual, investing in one’s present well being and future.

At 27 years old, I never thought I would have "gut issues" Although, over the last few years I noticed my gut health deteriorating. I was exhausted, foggy, bloated, and frustrated. I went to gastroenterologist and was left with temporary solutions (they were a good as duct tape on a broken bumper). After so many dead ends, I felt hopeless and that this was something I would have to live with forever. I started doing research and noticed food was the most common denominator in gut issues. Traditional doctors did not provide help or instruction with food as medicine. So I sought help in a natural approach and came across Nature Medicine Clinic. I was hesitant at first, but thought why not I tried everything else. Fast forward to now, Dr. Krista, Dr. Adam, and Amanda changed my life. I finally have answer to why I was feeling this way and a solution. I have my energy back. I have control over my body again. My only regret is not finding this team sooner. I can not thank this team enough for everything they did. Please don't wait any longer, they are your solution!

I came to natural healthcare because while I was able to treat most of my health concerns naturally over the years there were a few I couldn’t figure out on my own. Prior to joining this program I led a very healthy lifestyle - worked out regularly, ate a clean diet, used clean skin care products, and clean kitchen and cleaning products. I wasn’t sure how much this program could actually help me since I felt like I was far along in my health journey… 10+ years. However, I felt a bit hopeless since I had tried so many things to help my health so I took the plunge, and decided to give natural healthcare a try. It didn’t take long to see how much Dr. Krista and her team really cared about making me feel better. From thorough bloodwork (not offered by traditional medics doctors), to elimination diets, quality supplements and detox; little steps eventually started to put the pieces together on why I was still suffering from certain health issues. I truly never felt as cared for then I did at natural healthcare. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Krista and truly were dedicated to helping people heal and get their quality of life back. The time the team took to answer my questions and help me understand how to feel better was tremendous. I feel blessed to have found this place, and I urge you to give it a try too. Dr. Krista has truly changed my life on her program. After almost ten years on anti-depressants I am officially off of them and am feeling amazing. My holistic diet really grounds me and enables me to manage my emotions with so much more ease. My cycle is more on schedule than it has been in a long time! After years of fearing food and counting my calories, I finally have stopped and have been leaner than ever. I no longer fear food and finally know how to properly take care of my body and mind 😊

The most amazing experience ever! My husband and I both worked with Dr Krista and Dr Adam! I saw Dr Krista for recommendations on supplements and she encouraged me to see Dr Adam for acupuncture to help with my anxiety and depression! Working with them both was an exceptional, very professional and very knowledgeable! Dr Adam made acupuncture super fun and helped calm me down on my 1st appointment when I was sacred to death!
