I have known Vic and Stephanie Lashley, the owners of this gym, for years now. I can tell you that Vic is a life long committed martial artist. They have an excellent boxing program and combat submission wrestling program in addition to many others. If your looking to get fit this is the place, if your looking to learn martial arts / combat sports it would be silly not to check them out. I give my highest recommendation. OSS.
