  Kat was our salesperson for the purchase of our new Honda Accord, and she has been a tremendous pleasure to work with through the entire process of obtaining the perfect vehicle for our needs. We have been customers of DCH Kay Honda in the past for sales and service, but this was our first experience there in several years. Kat is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, understanding, and direct-- making our overall experience smooth and efficient. She was patient and thorough in answering our questions and proactively addressing items of interest and things we hadn't thought to ask. We appreciate how we were treated at Kay Honda the entire time--from Kat's personalized care in sales, Ruben's attention and helpful assistance in sales management, and Pat's expert advice in Finance. And a quick shout out of thanks to Andres for the impromptu test drive! So special thanks to Kat for being fantastic, and we're glad we bought our car from the terrific team at Kay Honda.

  Just had a wonderful experience yesterday with the service department of this dealership. Darlene was very caring and helpful when I made a service call for a flat tire, it was quite stressful when one had a flat tire, especially it is a brand new car, and Darlene comforted me and ensured me that they will have it taken care of promptly. Once I got there, another helpful person Tiffany assisted me, also very caring and professional. I thought that I may have to replace the tire but the mechanic looked at it and was able to repair it, instead of up selling me to replace a tire. Many places can do the work but great and honest customer service is hard to find.

  Excellent experience leasing a new vehicle. I walked in looking at one model and was able to get a good enough deal that I upgraded to a better model! The team I worked with were pleasant, fair, and respectful. I had shopped around at three other Honda dealerships, and they offered the best deal by far.

  I had another great experience with this Dealership. I have been getting great service for my 2 Honda's over the past 6 years. Last week, I traded in my Honda for a new 2018 Hatchback. My salesman, Carlos Acosta was excellent. He made the process simple and smooth. Literally, I went in to inquire about a trade-in ...and 2.5 hours later, I left with my brand new car! Armando Lopez in Finance also did an excellent job.

  I received an email about the dealer wanting to buy my car. I responded and told them what I was looking for. Dayna called me a day later to ask what exact car I wanted. I told her what I wanted and she came back with the payments. When I got to the dealer the payments were exactly what I was told. The whole car buying experience was so simple and easy. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer when looking for a new car. Dayna was great throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable buying a new car.
