  I have worked with Micalizzi Furniture Restoration on a number of projects as well as recommended them to my mother in law who has also in turn used them and recommended them to 3 of her friends- all of who have used and LOVED Micalizzi.
  
  Both John & Jeanne demonstrate true craftsmanship and are incredible to work with. They are creative, detailed and accommodating.
  
  I was looking for a small side table and found one in the store but wasn’t sure if it would like right in my space- Jeanne said “take it home. Live with it and see if you like. If so, keep it and come in to pay for it. If not, bring it back”. Service like that is unheard of!!!
  
  I happily give my recommendations and support to this incredible small business!! Everyone who I have sent there has also been EXTREMELY happy!!!
  
  We are lucky to have this business in our town!!!

  I own a small business in South RIver, NJ and instead of sitting at a desk, I run my company off of an antique couch that was built in the 1950s. Last fall, the couch was in such disrepair that I actually considered buying a new couch! The more I thought about it, the more I realized that if I could get this couch completely reupholstered, I could avoid buying a new couch of dubious quality.
  
  Enter John Miccalizzi. When John came out to my office and saw the couch, he agreed with me that the couch was "something special" and that it would be his greatest honor and privilege to make this couch look brand-new! I was a bit skeptical, but when he told me he could reupholster the entire couch and fix all the springs underneath, I was all ears! After a bit of negotiation, we settled on a price of $1600.00, they came and collected my couch, and John got to work!
  
  Within a month, I received a call from Jeanne that the couch was completed and ready to be delivered to me. I could hardly contain myself when the delivery men arrived with the couch and my jaw literally hit the floor! The fabric I'd selected in their show room was perfect, and the attention to detail that John put into my couch was apparent from the moment I sat down on it. I was so happy I could hardly contain myself! It seemed as though the couch that was ready to be left on the curb for the garbagemen, had been transformed by John Micalizzi into a brand-new couch that was as comfortable a couch that I'd ever sat on or stretched out on!
  
  Kudos to John and Jeanne for putting up with my incessant questions and constant badgering.... Please keep in mind that because John is a master craftsmen, he's not going to have your couch or your chair or whatever it is you want reupholstered back to you in a timely fashion… Quality takes time!
  
  So if you're looking for your best choice for upholstery, you don't have to call around and get quotes… Just call John and Jeanne and they will totally hook you up!
