  I just stopped in to get some info and pricing on a future rental. I've used storage places before, but this was my first time at a Life Storage. Jay was very friendly and helpful. The place looks great, clean, secure. Very impressed.

  I was in a time crunch to obtain a climate controlled storage unit. I learned quickly they are not all the same. After calling about 6 I found Life Storage in Farmingdale. They had the best pricing and the entire place was clean and organized. Most importantly, they had human compassion. I was stuck in rush hour traffic trying to make it to the facility to sign the agreement. I called and spoke with Tara. She was so understanding. She stayed and waited for me. I ended up getting there just before closing, however completing the paperwork and showing the unit to me took us past normal hours. Tara never once seemed annoyed or rushed. She understood how stressed I was and made me feel as if I was truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend this place. And thank you Tara!

  Tara does a wonderful job. Have had instances where another female office attendant called me while I was working out of the country complaining about a late fee. Bill pay sometimes does not arrive by the first due to bank rules and regs. Why does my monthly fees keep going up if all of the spaces are rented.

  I stopped in here yesterday. This was the third place on my list, and last. All of the reviews of this storage place speak volumes!! The woman I spoke to was so helpful. I am looking for a safe place to store a vehicle by the end of summer and this will be the spot. Great location and prices.

  Tara is amazing! Spent the time with me to make me feel like I was the only customer despite ringing phones and other walk-ins (that she treated equally as important as me!) Place is really clean both inside and out which makes moving in and around super easy!
